Ink stain

This is a question for you all — what is the best product to get out an ink stain? And, what do you all use the Clorox pen for? This particular ink stain in on a white blouse — the one I am wearing today 
so I’m thinking of trying the Clorox pen, but have doubts that it will work. Advice appreciated.

I’ve never used the Clorox pen, but I have used Shout wipes and the Tide pen. I had mixed results with Shout, and it left a circular residue on my clothes. The Tide pen, however, is fantastic and rarely fails to produce results.
