NYC Browser Brow KitAnyone close to me knows I’m a drugstore-ho. I scour the aisles of Walgreens or CVS just to see what new cheap thrills I can find to calm my product addiction. So when I read shopgirl_alicia’s comment below, I thought I need to start sharing some of my drugstore finds.

The NYC Browser Brow Kit contains two pans - wax and brow powder. It is housed in a small plastic casing that you can pull out to reveal small but powerful tools for your brow grooming needs. You may not get much use out of the small tweezer, but the firm angle brush is perfect for application.

To use, dip the brush in the wax first and then to the powder. Don’t worry, the wax is colorless and is used to make the powder adhere to the brow hair and your skin. I used the brunette color, which is a dark brown, but it also comes in blonde and smoke. Apply lightly to the eyebrow with small strokes. You can layer for more intensity but just pull back from the mirror and check on the color before you apply more.

NYC Browser Brow KitThis product really lasts, is easy to apply and does not irritate the skin. It’s comparable to other high-end products such as Benefit’s Brow Zing (see picture on right for reference) . Best of all, it’s only $3.99 and is readily available at your local drugstore.
