Wish-Bone Salad SpritzerWish-Bone has the right idea. I don’t like gobs of dressing in my salad, so when I saw the new salad spritzers, I had to give one a try. I chose the Italian, but they also have Balsamic Breeze and Red Wine Mist. The spritzing is unfortunately more of a squirt than a spray. I would have preferred the spritz to blanket my salad rather than just douse a spot where I aimed. Sure, I toss the lettuce around a little and it gets covered anyway. That said, I like the light taste, and if you’re dieting or eating healthy, this will help keep those salads ending up with bad calories.

Give it a try: Salad dressings in a bottle at one calorie a spritz. If you’re looking for a lighter alternative to salad dressings, this may be it, but you’ll have to decide if you prefer to squirt or spray, not that you’ll get a choice. $2.89 at your local grocery store.
