There is a great deal on these at Publix through Wednesday. They are BOGO for $3.39 and there is a $1 coupon on couons.com. I bought them today – and they are fabulous.
Even my kids and husband loved them. There is only 30 calories per bar. Get them! There website says it best:
Power of Fruit™ Bars are purely delicious fresh fruit, frozen. Unlike other frozen fruit bars that claim to be natural, we have no 6-syllable ingredients or laboratory additives that would disqualify us from a spelling bee.
We blend whole fruits like strawberries, cranberries, blueberries, mangoes, pineapples and bananas together with just a little all-natural juice concentrate and water. That’s it. Just don’t tell your kids a bar is equivalent to ½ a daily fruit serving.
I was looking for the Maverick organic ground beef last night at Target and could not find them anywhere. Panicked, I looked at the whole beef meat section to see if they were stashed somewhere else. I did not find them but lucky for me, I saw that Laura’s Lean ground beef (8% fat, 92% lean) was on sale, for $1.99, regular price at $4.99. I should’ve looked for a coupon and saved $1 but it’s too late now, but not for you! Sign-up on this page and get $1 off coupon to print.
I can’t guarantee that your Target will have the same special but it’s worth the look.
I’m a snorer and my husband is always trying to find ways to alleviate the stress he goes through having to sleep next to me every night.
Recently a friend of ours passed along a packet of Yogi Breathe Deep Tea for me to try, he swore by it. I’m glad he did.
Yogi Breathe Deep “supports clear breathing,” and it certainly does that, however I’m not sure anymore than other teas I’ve had. I was suffering from some congestion and it cleared it right up, as far as my snoring is concerned my husband attested it did little to suppress that.
But what I loved about Yogi was that it tastes really good. I’m not a fan of licorice and was weary when I saw Organic Licorice Root in the ingredients, but the taste is so subtle and compliments the other organic ingredients in the tea that include: Eucalyptus Leaf, Basil Leaf, Ginger Root, Cinnamon Bark, Thyme Leaf, Elecampane Root, Peppermint Leaf, Cardamom Seed, Mullein Leaf, Natural Flavors.
Get it: I seriously look forward to this tea as a regular part of my evening. At $4-$5 for a box of 16 tea bags it’s a bit pricier than I want to pay so I can’t have it every evening, but it’s certainly a treat when I do.
