Trip Summary: CVS, Walgreens, Publix – $94.05

Made a few quick stops today. Here’s what I got:

CVS

2 boxes Kellogg’s cereal and a box of Nutrigrain 3/$10
- $1/2 MFRC PRINT or 6-6-10 RP
- $1/1 MFRC, no longer available

2 snack-sized Doritos 2/$1.98

Tampax Pearl regular $2.97 sale
- $2/1 MFRC 6-6-10 PG

A piece of candy to bump me over $15.

Paid $.41 oop, saved $20.39 used $6 in ECBs, a 5 off $15, got back $6 ECBS, plus got a bonus $2 ECB and Qs for free gallon of milk and 2 off $6 body wash. Plus the cereal boxes each had a token toward a free DVD so I now have the 5 I need to send off for one!

Made another stop at CVS later and used those $8 ECBS to buy 2 more boxes of Tampax and 3 packages of Always. Used 2 $2/1 MFRC 6-6-10 PG and 3 $1/1 MFRC 6-6-10 PG.  Paid $1.04 oop, saved $22.70.

Walgreens

Hartz puppy pads

3 Cowtales. Most Wags carry Goetz Cowtales by the register, at $.29 they are my go-to filler when there isn’t something less expensive available.

Used $5 PG and 2 $2 Bayer RRs, paid $1.68 oop

Publix

2 Noxzema razors (bonus pack with 6 razors!), sale $2.99

- 2 $2/1 MFRC 5-23-10 RP

Purina One Smartblends, BOGO

- 2 $1/1 MFRC PRINT (may no longer be available). I have seen these yet but be on the look out for $2/1 peelies on Purina One canned food.

2 Schick Hydro 3, raincheck, after 2 $5/1 vendor Qs and 2 $1/1 Publix Qs, they were free.

2 Sunday newspapers

Paid $11.66 oop, saved $28.97

I also asked for a raincheck for the Infusium 23. Turned out they had them in stock so with my Qs, got both for 1 cent! Used 2 $3/2 5-9-10 SS  or May All You and used Publix Q for Free Infusium 23 condition wyb shampoo from the green advantage flyer, which expires Friday. I paid $.77 oop and saved $11.99.

Trip Summary: Lowe’s, Publix, Wags, Target, Old Navy – saved $165.42

This is not an example of ‘do what I do’ as I spent $48.96 oop, but there were certain items I wanted for the weekend so this was a splurge. I’m just going to list details on the items I bought on sale or used coupons.

You may have noted that I had to add a filler even though I had 9 items and 9 Qs. I walk into a store w/ a clear plan in mind and had my scenario calculated to the exact cent … I’m still confused as to why my $2 RR wouldn’t scan until I added another item.

I was Rollin’ at Walgreens Today

I still have a few of the register rewards from two weeks ago, so I was able to get all of this for $1.69 oop, and come home with another $3 RR.  I was feeling very good.

Oscar Meyer lunch meat was $2.50 – $1 MFG Q.

Huggies Diapers 2/$18 – used 2 $3 MFG (and got the $3 rr)

Just made a quick late-night trip to Walgreens

Was going through coupons and realized the $10 off 300 ct. Wal-Zyr Q I printed from the WAG website expired today!

It was worth the quick trip. With the Wal-Zyr and six boxes of 19-cent Royal Gelatin as fillers, I spent $1.13 oop and saved $40.86. (I used five $5 Hydro RRs and 1 EOS RR.)
